Combi Children Car Seats Can Cause Chest Injuries

Combi USA is officially ordering costumers to return its car seats because of its car seats injuries.  The car seats can transmit too much force to a child’s chest in a crash. This problem has been discovered in government tests. Government documents state that the injuries happen when the seats are installed in a forward-facing position and secured only with a vehicle lap belt.

A number of parties can be held responsible for a defective product injury. If companies failed to warn users of its risks/defects, a product liability lawsuit may be the right course of action. If you or a family member was injured in an accident that may have been caused by a dangerously defective product, Goidel & Siegel, LLP, may be able to recover compensation for you.
