General Mills Recalls Flour: Possible E. Coli Contamination


General Mills,is recalling over 10 million pounds of flour due to concerns of E. Coli that has been linked to 20 states. “General Mills says E. coli hasn’t been found in any of its flour products, but it is still carrying out the recall out of “an abundance of caution. While attempting to track the cause of the illness, CDC found that approximately half of the individuals reported making something homemade with flour at some point prior to becoming ill,” according to the company’s statement.
