Bicycle Accident in Brooklyn


Sunday night around 8:45pm in Brooklyn, 17-year-old Sean Ryan was struck and killed on his bike by a drunk driver. Ryan was unconscious and unresponsive when the police found him and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
